Shipping Times

After processing, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 5-7 business days within the continental United States

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

Local Drop-Off (Select Areas)

We offer free local drop-off for customers in select areas near Brentwood, California.

Local Drop-Off Guidelines:

  • Available within a limited local radius

  • Drop-offs are typically completed within 1–3 days after order confirmation

  • Timing will be coordinated via email or text after purchase

If your address qualifies, the local drop-off option will appear at checkout.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship the replacement item based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
